Welcome to VeloVish. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "our" refer to VeloVish. These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of our website, store, and related services (the "Services").

By visiting our site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our Services.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline for any reason. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. Please double-check your order before submitting — we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If we're unable to fulfill or need to cancel an order, we'll contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our separate Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you confirm it's for personal use and not for resale.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may differ from promotions, other sales channels, or third-party listings. The price charged will be the one shown at checkout, confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes, duties, or shipping costs, which are calculated separately.

By providing payment information, you confirm that it's accurate, that you're authorized to use the payment method, and that you agree to pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — including our brand name, logo, product photography, descriptions, graphics, and site design — belongs to VeloVish or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

16. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time doesn't waive our right to do so later.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, make up the entire agreement between you and VeloVish regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VeloVish's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
